Weavery is committed to delivering your orders in a timely and reliable manner. Please review the shipping details below before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
All confirmed orders are processed and packed starting at 9:00 AM on the next working day after the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines depend on your location and courier partner availability:
Metro cities: 3–5 working days
Non-metro / remote locations: 5–8 working days
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, courier delays, or regional restrictions.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Orders with free shipping are subject to actual shipping costs in case of Return to Origin (RTO) or re-shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS or WhatsApp on the registered mobile number. Customers are advised to track their shipment regularly to ensure smooth delivery.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, the order may be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).
Incorrect Address / Contact Details
Please ensure that your shipping address and phone number are accurate and reachable at the time of placing the order.
Weavery is not responsible for delivery failures caused by:
Incorrect or incomplete address
Invalid or unreachable phone number
Customer refusal or unavailability
Such cases may result in RTO and additional re-shipping charges.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears damaged or tampered with:
Do not accept the delivery

Accepted shipments with visible damage may not be eligible for claims without proper evidence.
Return to Origin (RTO)
If an order is returned to us due to:
Incorrect address
Recipient not reachable
Refusal to accept delivery
OTP-related delivery failure
*No refund will be issued. Re-shipping will be processed only after the customer pays two-way shipping charges.
