Refund Policy

Order Processing Time
All confirmed orders are added to our fulfillment queue and are processed and packed starting at 9:00 AM on the next working day after the order is placed.

Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all order details before confirming their purchase. This includes product selection, quantities, shipping address, and contact information. Weavery will not be liable for errors arising from incorrect details provided at checkout.

Order Cancellation / Modification
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled under any circumstances.

Refund Method
Wherever refunds are applicable, they will be issued in bank or upi only.

Return & Exchange Policy
Knitting, Crochet & Craft Supplies
All yarns, threads, needles, hooks, and accessories related to knitting, crochet, sewing, and craft are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

Important Notes
Made-to-order products are strictly non-returnable as they are custom crafted specifically for you.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage until the refund (if applicable) is completed.

Refunds Will Not Be Issued If
The item shows signs of use.
The item is returned damaged, incomplete, or not in its original condition (unless due to our error).
The return request is initiated more than 7 days after delivery.

Damaged / Incorrect Product Received
If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse the delivery and immediately WhatsApp clear images of the package to +91 9110621425.
In rare cases where you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged product.
Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Share a complete unpacking video — one continuous video starting from opening the sealed parcel to clearly showing the issue.
⚠ Unpacking video is mandatory for investigation, refund, or replacement. This is also required for insurance claims with our courier partners. Complaints without an unpacking video will not be entertained.
Once reviewed, we will respond within 3–4 working days.
If approved, refunds are processed within 4–6 working days.

Return to Origin (RTO) Policy
If an order is returned to us (RTO) due to any of the reasons listed below, no refund will be issued. Re-shipping will be done only after the customer pays two-way shipping charges.
(For orders with free shipping, actual shipping costs will apply.)

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
Invalid or unreachable phone number
Recipient unavailable or not contactable
Recipient refusal
OTP-verified cancellations
Automated IVR calls unanswered
