Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy
Order Processing
All Weavery products are handmade with care. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional production time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details, including product selection, shipping address, and contact information, are accurate before placing an order. Weavery will not be responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect information provided during checkout.
Order Cancellation & Modification
Orders may be cancelled or modified only within 12 hours of placing the order. Once production or packaging has begun, cancellations and modifications will not be accepted.
Custom-made and personalized products cannot be cancelled once work has commenced.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all crochet items, amigurumi, keychains, flower bouquets, flower pots, and hand-painted tote bags are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Share clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Provide an unboxing video showing the package being opened and the issue identified.
Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
After review, Weavery will respond within 3–5 working days. If approved, a replacement or refund will be processed accordingly.
Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be issued through Bank Transfer or UPI to the customer's registered account.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved due to an error on our part, Weavery will provide instructions for the return process.
Customers must ensure returned products are unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Return to Origin (RTO) Policy
If an order is returned due to:

Failure to respond to courier communication
The customer will be responsible for the re-shipping charges before the order can be dispatched again.
